It simply starts a conversation. Any actual engagement is confirmed separately once both sides agree on scope.

Quotations & Project Scope

The UPZONE name, logo and the content, design and code of this website belong to UPZONE unless stated otherwise. Software, websites or other deliverables built for a client under a specific project are governed by the IP terms agreed in that project's own agreement, not by this page.

Third-Party Services

This website uses Google Fonts to load web fonts and links out to WhatsApp for direct messaging. Use of those third-party services is subject to their own respective terms, which UPZONE does not control.

Payment & Project Terms

This website does not process payments and does not itself create any payment obligation. Payment schedules, milestones and project terms for any engagement are set out in that project's individual agreement with UPZONE, not on this website.

Limitation of Responsibility

This website and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, UPZONE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect any liability that cannot legally be excluded, and does not limit UPZONE's obligations under a separately signed project agreement.
